Donation Questions
If you donate online, a donation receipt will be sent to you at the email address you provide on the form. If you have not received a receipt, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you contribute via check, please include your email address and we will email you a donation receipt. If you make a recurring gift, you will receive an annual giving statement each year.
To request emailed receipts for future contributions, online or offline, please use the contact button on the website filling in your information and please include your mailing address in the message box.
Will I receive a receipt for my donation?
How can I get a duplicate copy of a receipt?
Please contact the organization via the website and a member will reach out with your duplicate receipt.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes. TFFOA is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your donation receipt as your official record. We’ll send it to you upon successful completion of your donation. TFFOA federal tax ID is 93-1834696.
Does TFFOA share my personal information?
No. We will never sell, trade, publish, or share your personal information.
Is my online donation secure?
Yes. The security and confidentiality of your information is our highest priority. We use industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology to protect your information and provide a safe and secure environment for online donations. Our online donation form is powered by Stripe so their name may appear on your receipts.

How do I manage my monthly donation?
If you have an active recurring donation plan, at the bottom of any of your receipt emails, click on the arrow next to “Manage Your Donation”. Create an account, select a username and password and log in. Click “Edit Donation” link in the middle section of the page to change your gift amount, frequency, charge date, update payment information and mailing address or cancel your gift. If this option does not appear, or if you need additional assistance, you can email us at email@tffoa.net.
Can my employer match my donation to TFFOA?
If you or one of your family members works for an organization with a matching gift program, you can double or even triple the impact of your donation. Because each company has a different set of instructions for matching an employee gift, please see your company’s human resources department to confirm whether your gift is eligible for a match.
